ingredients:

- Fillet of beef 100 g

- Carrots 30 oz

- Beets 30 oz

- Lavender 2 g

- 10 g of cuttlefish ink

- Olive oil 30 g

- Eggs 1 pc.

- Salt 2 g

- Pepper 1g

1. Bake vegetables and coarsely chop, chop the meat, season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.

2. Olive oil, egg yolk, cuttlefish ink, lavender mix thoroughly in a large bowl.

3. Put the meat on a plate, pour the sauce and garnish with lavender.
